  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes we do! It is only available to purchase in stores. Please stop by and get one for your friends & family!

    Yes we cater! Please submit an inquiry via this form, and we'll reply to your request at our earliest convenience. Please note, we will need at least 48 hours for lead time. Submitting a form does not solidify your order until we contact you.
  • Do you allow events at your shop?
    Yes! If you would like to host an event, please fill out this form. However, our space is limited, so we accept events on a case-by-case basis. There is a deposit required for your event to secure your position. Please refer to the form for additional information. Please note, we will need at least 48 hours for lead time. Submitting a form does not solidify your order until we contact you.
  • What do I do if my drink was made wrong?
    If there's an issue with your drink, you have 2 options! 1) inform the bobarista when you receive it, and they'll remake it for you. Please note: this does NOT cover situations where the customer fails to specify a component of the drink before paying. 2) please email us a picture of your drink, with your phone number associated (if applicable), explain the situation, and we will do our best to make it right.
  • Why is there a 5% fee for tap-to-pay?
    Our point of sales system charges us a fee for transactions that tap to pay with their card or phone. To avoid this fee, please make sure to insert or swipe!
  • Are you planning on opening other locations?
    If the opportunity comes for an angel investor, we’re open to exploring the idea. But for now, this is our only shop.
  • Why do you run out of certain items?
    We operate on a pre-order inventory system and curate our menu based on these items. As you can imagine, it is difficult to anticipate how popular a new drink or topping is ahead of time! With a diverse menu boasting over 100 drink combinations & so many customizable options, we are confident that you'll discover an alternative beverage that perfectly suits your preferences. Our approach emphasizes economic practices to reduce carbon emissions by minimizing inventory purchases throughout the year while acquiring larger quantities. While we may not always be able to fulfill every customer's request due to stock limitations, we prioritize ensuring the freshness of our offerings. This strategy also helps us minimize waste by avoiding excessive inventory build-up. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore the variety of options we have to offer.
  • Why does your menu change so often?
    We continuously update our menu to uphold Jade Lounge's original vision of introducing Asian flavors to our community. By consistently refreshing our drink offerings, our menu stays vibrant and dynamic. Put simply, there's are too many good flavors to explore! This dynamic approach ensures our customers can continually indulge in the delicate yet delicious seasonal Asian flavors such as black sesame, ube, kumquat, and so much more.
  • Why are your teas so good?
    We strictly control the method of how everything is made. Everything created is in-house and made from scratch and brewed daily. We are constantly going through all of the teas to provide everyone with a fresh taste.
  • What makes Jade Lounge so unique?
    We take pride in using real ingredients and ensuring top-notch freshness. Our commitment is evident in our practices—we prepare our boba every 4 hours and steep our loose-leaf teas regularly throughout the day. We also craft our own toppings, syrups, and purees in-house every day, ensuring the best quality and flavor. Additionally, we are a small local business that loves our seasonal menus. We are known for having different menu changes every few months so our customers can try something new while still holding a favorite.
  • Are you a family-friendly establishment ?
    Yes, our lounge is a family-friendly establishment and we welcome all ages. We also have a kids menu for our younger guests.
  • Are you guys hiring?
    Our spots are very limited! We only post our job openings on Indeed to give a fair chance. We are currently not accepting applications via email, in store, or social media at this time.
  • What do you use to sweeten your milk teas & drinks?
    We sweeten most of our drinks with our house-made simple syrup and black sugar syrup. We use real cane sugar and a splash of vanilla. The sugar level can be customized for the majority of our drinks. Real ingredients only!
  • What items are not gluten free?
    Our egg pudding, taro, mango pudding, grass jelly, strawberry milk teas, ube, Ghirardelli caramel sauce, oreo crumbs, graham crumbs, yogurt, blue raspberry are NOT gluten free. When ordering, please take a close look at the ingredients in the drink. If any of the ingredients listed above are in the drink, that means the drink is NOT gluten free. Please also notify our bobarista on shift so they can properly sanitize equipment to avoid cross contamination.
  • Why does decaf tea cost more?
    Our manufacturer uses an intricate process, carbon dioxide, to decaffeinate the tea leaves. Carbon Dioxide is the most natural method of decaffeination. This method also is the most effective at helping the tea maintain its flavor profile and removing the caffeine content without altering any potential health benefits.
  • What is cloud foam?
    Our signature cloud foam is a cream cheese foam, folded into airy heavy cream and sweetened with real cane sugar. We use real Philadelphia cream cheese in our cloud foam.
  • What ingredients are fresh?
    We cook our boba every 4 hours, and steep our loose leaf teas every couple of hours. We also house make our own toppings, syrups, and purees every day!
  • Are your drinks lactose free?
    All of our milk teas use non dairy creamer. We definitely have lactose free options such as almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, lactose free milk, and soy milk. But our cloud foam and creme brûlée cannot be lactose free due their milk-based nature. For any of the milk teas and blended drinks that include milk you can substitute for any non-dairy alternative.
  • Do you offer vegan options?
    Yes, we have a selection of vegan teas, boba drinks, and milks available including oat, soy, coconut, and almond. Just ask our staff for recommendations!
  • What kind of teas do you offer?
    We offer a wide variety of tea options, including traditional teas and unique blends. You can check our tea zone page to see the full list of options.
  • What is boba?
    Boba refers to 2 things: the sweet dessert drink that we serve, and the tapioca balls itself. As Asians, we use the word “boba” and not “bubble tea” because bubble tea is a gentrified term that is widespread through American culture. Boba is used in Asian cultures, and therefore, the term we prefer to use.
  • What is the different between black sugar boba and longen honey boba?
    Honey boba has its own flavor that is sweetened with simple syrup and longan honey. It is best suited for fruit teas and lighter tea based drinks. Black sugar boba is sweetened with our house made black sugar boba, giving a sweeter and more caramelized flavor. This is best for sweeter drinks and milk-based drinks.
  • What do you use for your fruit flavoring?
    We use premium fruit jams that have real fruit in them. You will notice real passion fruit seeds, grapefruit pulp and so much more in your drink. We also make our own fruit puree as well!
  • What is Black Sugar Syrup?
    We house-make our black sugar syrup. Essentially, we use brown sugar and simmer it a bit longer on the stove so it achieves that smokey, caramelized taste. It doesn’t get better than that!
  • What is Vietnamese Coffee?
    Vietnamese coffee is traditionally brewed in a phin, sweetened with condensed milk. It tends to be much stronger than regular coffee due to its brewing method. Our vietnamese coffee is served pre-sweetened, so we are not able to change the sweetness.
